Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a package with items that have been damaged during shipment, please promptly take a photograph of the damaged contents and email it to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the package. Our Customer Service team will get in touch with you if additional information is needed. We can only cover shipping costs or process returns for opened items if they are damaged or were delivered incorrectly.

Our primary aim is to ensure your swift enjoyment, and we consistently strive to expedite your order. Upon the processing of your order by our team, we employ next-day delivery to destinations within Mainland UK. Regrettably, at this time, we do not have the capacity to provide nominated day delivery services.
Here are the delivery timeframes for Mainland UK:

For added convenience, free delivery is automatically applied to all qualifying orders. Furthermore, we extend our standard delivery service to Mainland UK for a fee of £3.95.
